BPC-157 + KPV

aka BPC-157/KPV blend · BPC-157 KPV

Healing & Recovery research-only

Mechanism

Pre-mixed blend of two component peptides marketed for tissue repair and inflammation. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide (sequence GEPPPGKPADDAGLV) derived from a gastric protective protein, studied in animals for tendon/ligament and GI healing, partly via the VEGFR2/angiogenesis pathway. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH that acts as an anti-inflammatory agent, primarily by inhibiting NF-kB signaling without melanocortin-receptor activation. Neither component is FDA-approved for human use, and there is no controlled human efficacy or safety data for this specific combination — the rationale is inferred from the individual grey-market research peptides.

Studied uses

Identification

Typical doseVendor-dependent; component norms: BPC-157 250-500 mcg/day subcutaneous; KPV 200-500 mcg/day subcutaneous or oral. No validated combination dosing exists.
Half-lifeBPC-157: disputed (under 30 minutes per most pharmacokinetic data); KPV: short (minutes to a few hours, not well characterized in humans)

Safety

Not FDA-approved for human therapeutic use; sold as a research-only / grey-market blend. No combination-specific human safety data. Component risks are extrapolated from limited animal and early human research only. Not evaluated by WADA as a blend.
