Mechanism
Three-way pre-mixed blend combining two tissue-repair peptides with an anti-inflammatory tripeptide. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide studied in animals for tendon, ligament, and GI healing via angiogenesis (VEGFR2). TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin beta-4 that promotes actin regulation, cell migration, and angiogenesis in tissue-repair models. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH and acts as an NF-kB-inhibiting anti-inflammatory. None of the three components is FDA-approved for human therapeutic use, and there are no controlled human efficacy or safety trials for this specific three-component combination; the rationale is inferred from individual grey-market research peptides.
