Mechanism
Pre-mixed blend marketed as a skin and anti-inflammatory "beauty" combination. GHK-Cu is the copper-binding tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with copper(II); it is widely used in topical cosmetics and studied for collagen synthesis, wound healing, and antioxidant signaling. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH and acts as an anti-inflammatory primarily via NF-kB inhibition, without melanocortin-receptor activation. GHK-Cu appears in approved cosmetic products topically, but neither component is FDA-approved as an injectable therapeutic, and there is no controlled human efficacy or safety data for this specific blend — the rationale is inferred from the individual research/cosmetic compounds.
