Mechanism

Pre-mixed metabolic blend combining retatrutide, an investigational GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple receptor agonist, with cagrilintide, a long-acting amylin analog, both targeting appetite, satiety and energy balance for weight loss. Neither component is FDA-approved: retatrutide is in Eli Lilly's Phase 3 TRIUMPH program (NDA anticipated late 2026, approval not expected before 2027), and cagrilintide is investigational, studied mainly in Novo Nordisk's CagriSema combination.
