WADA-prohibited (S2 class). Not FDA-approved for any use. Documented side effects include hyperpigmentation, nausea, spontaneous erections, and case reports of dysplastic nevi requiring excision. Often combined with bremelanotide (PT-141) in 'tan packs' which compounds the side-effect profile.
